The First International Workshop on the “Mesozoic Sediments of Carpatho-Balkanides and Dinarides”, a joint task of the National Petroleum Company NIS Naftagas - Department of Development and Department of Geological Sciences, Vienna University, will be held in Novi Sad (Serbia and Montenegro) on May 25-30 2006. The main topics of workshop are stratigraphy, facies, paleontology, sedimentology, geodynamics, basin analysis, basin modeling and petroleum reservoir potentials of the Carpatho-Balkanides and Dinarides.
